Hello.  I've stayed at your hotel many times and just love it.  I've also used the massage chair you had and loved it too.  Would it be possible for you to send me the make and model of your massage chair?  My husband has Parkinson's disease and I think it might really be beneficial for him to have a chair like yours at our home.  Thank you, very much.

On October 8th my co-workers and I came to Cedar Falls for the Speaking of Womens Health conference and we made reservations at your hotel. We had looked into your website before decideing to stay. The hotel looked very cozy and looked like we would enjoy our stay. From the minute we arrived and checked in at the front desk we loved it. Laura was the emloyee working and she made us feel more than welcomed the minute we walked in. She is a very happy, warm,pleasant spirited young gal. She laughed and visited and made our stay very memorable. She went out of her way to print us maps on how to get to the convention, told us good places to eat and shop, and even took our shopping bags to our room when we came in and decided to eat at the Stuffed Olive. The resturant had great food, service, and martinis. We shopped great shops on the main street which had such a great downtown area. Our rooms were very comfortable. Nice in size and we loved the heated bathroom floors. You have done a great job with the hotel and the staff that you have chosen. I wanted to say a big thank you to Laura and to say I will definately never forget our stay. You are definitally a valueable employee and I wish you well with your future. I am looking forward to coming back with my husband and friends or for sure, for next years Speaking of Womens Health.

Hi there. I have been meaning to comment and tell you how much I appreciated your staff when my husband and I stayed there almost a year ago. We only stayed for a one night but we loved our stay. On top of it we had forgotten an item at the hotel and the staff was so nice to call me and let me know and then mail it to me. If it was anywhere else I believe they would of kept the items or thrown them away. Thanks again and we hope to stay sometime soon.

I am writing to let you know that I had some "high-five" compliments for your front desk staff who took reservations for our folks coming in from California for Christmas.

My relatives, who live in Palm Springs, booked third floor suites at the Black Hawk and they love staying with you when they come home to Cedar Falls.

They were most impressed with the customer service they received while making reservations and my sister-in-law wanted me to pass their compliments along to you.

A great big thank you to all of your staff for the many kind things that you did for our guests. They are thoroughly impressed and can't stop talking about how nice you all were and the personal touches that you added to our stay. They love Iowa now.

When I was sent to Cedar Falls on business, having never been there before and trying to make my own accommodation arrangements, I reserved myself a room at another franchised hotel in town. Usually a safe bet. But upon my arrival, my heart sank. My room was below cleanliness standards and fell far from making me feel safe and secure. I may sound a little like a diva here, but nothing could be further from the truth. (Growing up in a small town and being a girl scout all my childhood years should attest to my ability to rough it.) I came to know about the Black Hawk through a city guide found in my room at this hotel, reserved a room, immediately checked out of the first hotel and into yours. I could not have been more pleased. I loved picking out my room from the pictures online, I loved the martini/sushi bar downstairs, I loved my bathroom, I loved the service, I could go on all day, the whole place was just great. I can't thank you enough for providing a safe, clean, and BEAUTIFUL place for me to lay my head.  I will be back.
